ECL - Leonardo Consortium is an international firm of consulting engineers and technicians that offers specialized services for river intakes and embankments, dams, roads and railways, bridges, quarries, infrastructure and buildings, providing extensive structural, geotechnical and hydraulic expertise.

Formed in 2003, it now consists of 5 companies, with a turnover of more than 11 million thanks to a workforce of more than 150 employees. The consortium members are Tecnolav, Ingegneri Riuniti, Etacons, Project Partners and ECSD.
